Who we are

T Academy and h2security.io are run by H2Security LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. Contact: [email protected] or our contact form.

Your account

• One account per person. Give us your real name and an e-mail address you control.
• Keep your sign-in and second factor to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Plans and payment

• The first lessons are free, labs included.
• Foundation is a monthly subscription. It renews every month until you cancel, and it ends when you finish Foundation.
• A path is one price for its courses, its lab time and its exam, as shown in the academy before you buy.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars in the academy before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment processor.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from “Manage or cancel subscription” in your account menu, or by e-mailing [email protected] from the address you signed up with. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Payments are not refunded: not for the current month, not for a partly used month, and not for a path you have bought.
• The academy is digital content and a service that starts as soon as you pay. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you ask us to start right away when you buy, and you acknowledge that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Using the labs

Labs are isolated systems given to you to learn. You may use them only for the lessons and tasks of the academy. You may not:

• attack, scan or reach any system outside your own lab;
• try to break out of your lab, reach other learners' labs, or attack the academy itself;
• use lab resources for anything else, such as mining, hosting or sending traffic to others;
• share your account, or publish the answers to wargame levels and exams.

When the rules are broken

We may stop a lab, suspend or close an account, and withdraw a result or a certificate earned by cheating, without refund. If you find a security issue in the academy, report it to us instead of exploiting it.

Content

The courses, labs, exams and everything else we publish belong to H2 Security. You may use them for your own learning, not copy or resell them. The work you create stays yours; you let us store and check it to provide the academy.

The service

We work to keep the academy available and correct, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve courses, labs and features.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without taking away the protection of the consumer law of the country where you live.

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date below; for a change that matters to your account, we tell you by e-mail before it applies.
